x6 sets of bench reps (in pyramid style to top wieght)then as many pressups until you fall. so i guess at 75 it was 6 reps.
then we did x3 sets dumb bell press as well. and a couple of other fixed shoulder/chest type things. and boy does it hurt now...

i thought you didn't like sweden/swedes!!!!!!!!
