Oohh, that's good. How many sets/reps? And do you sometimes do dumbbell presses? They're really good for showing you whether you're evenly strong on both sides...
x6 sets of bench reps (in pyramid style to top wieght)then as many pressups until you fall. so i guess at 75 it was 6 reps. then we did x3 sets dumb bell press as well. and a couple of other fixed shoulder/chest type things. and boy does it hurt now...
