Currently doing a depression quiz on the internet and one of the questions is:

Well, delusions of grandeur, but I don't think that's what they meant :-D

In any case, I got that because the quiz asked if you sometimes have excessive selfconfidence or feel good about yourself or some such...
Hell yeah, as soon as I step into the gym and start lifting I feel friggin' great. I doubt that's what they meant, but htat's my answer so phhht to that test...
