For the first time in my long and illustrious tech support career, I have had the joy of going to see a user, and diagnosing his problem as being a faulty mouse mat... Glorious.
It's still not enough. You have to match the secretary I had to help. She couldn't read the mail anymore (I worked at the ISP) and I found the she simply had the mail program with a collapsed window. Magnifying it was too much of a hassle. :-)
Beautiful. I had a similar one where the guy had set outlook to only show unread e-mails, and the preview pane changed e-mails to being read after displaying them for 5 seconds... Giggle :)
