Date: 2004-01-09 04:28 am (UTC)You have to match the secretary I had to help. She couldn't read the mail anymore (I worked at the ISP) and I found the she simply had the mail program with a collapsed window. Magnifying it was too much of a hassle. :-)

Date: 2004-01-09 07:25 am (UTC)I had a similar one where the guy had set outlook to only show unread e-mails, and the preview pane changed e-mails to being read after displaying them for 5 seconds...
