My trip to Scotland was absolutely fantastically great.
Lot's of talk of past victories on numerous battlefields and reminiscing on how defeat has previously been snatched from the jaws of victory. Repeatedly :-/
And talking of old friends and lovers and how things are for everyone from the olden days of youthful excesses. We then proceeded to act like a bunch of teenagers :)

Edinburgh is such a lovely city, and if I was to live anywhere else in the UK, it would probably be there.
Photos are here and I will try to do a decent write-up tomorrow.

I probably won't read through all the LJ entries from the weekend so please feel free to let me know if anything important has happened...

Sadly no. I didn't even realise that they were on, and in any case, I was there to see friends who aren't really into the scene.
Otherwise I would have gone...
