lpeterssonAppraisal time and it went well.
I'm based on a client site, and my manager naturally uses input from the client to determine how good my appraisal is going to be.
He started out by saying words to the effect that the client has rated me good to excellent in all categories, so the appraisal would most likely be short. Mmmmm, smells like another pay rise when the time for that comes along...
