Dammit.
I feel like I'm constantly stuffing my face with food at the moment.
The flow of nourishment and nutrients just don't stop.

I'm actually getting to a point where I just don't want to keep eating.
Breakfast, late breakfast, pre-lunch snack, lunch, early afternoon top up, late afternoon snack, dinner, evening repast and bedtime snack.
That's a lot of eating in one day...

On the bright side, it's working and I'm loosing weightfat...

Anyway, I'm also in agony as one of my teeth has cracked open. Ow.
It didn't hurt until I accidentally bit down on some food and the gum got aggravated. I also think some nerve endings must have gotten hurt by it 'cos it really friggin hurts like a right bitch now.
Fortunately I'm going to see these nice people tomorrow in my lunch break.
They also fulfill my main criteria.
Namely that I want to be put under general anaesthetic when they do whatever they're going to do...

I hate going to the dentist and I can't handle dental pain, so that was absolutely non-negotiable. I don't care how much it costs and whether or not my health insurance covers it, it has to be done...

They look just perfect for me. Any idea how much they charge for GA, and whether they can put people under with gas first? I am absolutely terrified of dentists and have an extreme phobia of needles.

I have to admit that I don't know.
They are very friendly, so I can heartily recommend giving them a call and perhaps come in for a consultation.

I suspect, however, that they will be happy to do so for a small fee...

It looks like it will be about £600 per hour for GA.
I would recommend calling them and perhaps go and see them about it.

I've just been and it was quite a pleasant experience.

Sorry to hear about the tooth. Hope treatment is quick and reasonably easy! Thanks for the link. I need (yet another) wisdom tooth removed and considering the botch-up the NHS did last time, I'm considering going private so I shall check them out.

Private all the way baby...
I had my wisdom teeth removed (http://mr-eleganza.livejournal.com/268332.html) with absolutely no fuss.
And I don't foresee any problems this time...

Sounds great! Any vague remembrance of how much that cost? I had two savagely ripped out by the NHS for free and they'd like to charge me £50 for the priviledge of the next one. But considering the potential pain, it's probably worth it to go private.

It was around £1750...

but, that was done by an insanely posh doctor at The Harley Street Clinic.
It was all 4 wisdom teeth in one go, general anasthetic and I stayed overnight.
It was also done on my then employers health scheme, so I really didn't give a toss how pricey it was...

Hiya,
Sorry to hear about your tooth!
That dentist's website says they have a rough price sheet available in their reception. Can you swag us a copy when you're there?
Would be interesting - finding one who does general anaesthetic isn't easy.
Cheers,
O.

Looding? Should that have been "losing"?

Anyway, congrats on the successful fat-reduction project :)
