Actually I havent even recieved a voting card so I'm asuming this is a London only thing or something...

You have to be on the electoral roll to vote.
And it is nationwide.

Hmmm odd ...I am. Usually always get a voting card and always use it. Only to stop the tories getting in though. It only really matters on a general election though. Smaller ones dont make any difference.
